The Map for Instruction

"The Skill Station Hour has helped my son learn to read. Now he is in the top reading group in his class and he looks forward to going to school and Skills for Success. The best part is, he loves reading!"
- Erika
Norco, California
Each student’s reading and writing strengths/needs are identified with the help of parent information and diagnostic assessments in the areas of:
• Phonological Awareness
• Letter and Grapheme Knowledge
• Decoding Ability
• Readability and Fluency Rates
• Sight Word Recognition
• Comprehension Skills
After the student’s assessments have been reviewed, Instructional Reading Lessons can be developed to ensure both academic and emotional success.
